Bad attitude given by manage

Yesterday I bought items at Goldwagen Brits and two tensioners were wrong so I went back for refund the manager told me his charging me 20% handling fee for one of the items and both items were not the right ones, I even took him to my car and he saw that the two items were not of the same made as the ones in my car he even told me that his doing me a favour and I failed to understand that if his lame business is standing there does he think his doing us favour of opening or is it the other way round, I drove lots of cars before that place can be there and even now I still got a car if he thinks his doing us favour please take this gentleman to courses that he can be taught about customer service, the manner in which his operating is killing the business there if he was competent I believe the profits of that place can be doubled and I also want to put this complain on the local newspaper so that people can know what kind of business is he running
