My husband write about our experience and I was shocked to see Mark's response from WCM. Mark you insulted him and attacked him personally? What does his believes got to do with the bad service from WCM? We bought 2 cars from you, both had problems. Just to correct you, you only loan a car to us after two months because you were waiting for a part. You NEVER refund us anything. You had to settle both cars with MFC because you had no choice. I don't even know who the owner is because up to date nobody even phone to apologies for the inconvenience. I don't even know who you are. I am still sitting with all the mails that I send to MFC, to you and the Ombudsman. Mails for six month's. Like you said yesterday to my husband it's not your problem that we lost money. You tried to help us??? Please refer to all the mails that I send to Carl. You did fixed things on the Berlingo but you did not fix everything because you refuse to fix the other problems. That's why you helped is with a second car where the clock was turn back. If you really wanted to help, you should have call a meeting with the previous owner. What happen to the cars? And what happen to John's comment that you posted?
