I saw my dream car I always wanted since I was a youngster a BMW M3 SMG .
I immediately knew this is my car and contacted the dealership, got the loan with an amazing interest rate thanks to Craig the FNI at Willow Crest such a helpful and great guy! Thanks Craig to fight the bank for a better interest rate on behalf of a client is just amazing thank you buddy!
I got the car the on a Friday afternoon whereby I was told to enjoy the car and to please inform if I have any problems, well like any second hand car I had a few issues I was not to happy with. Never the less I was told to deal with Carl he is the manager there and on my arrival he was very friendly and apologetic about the issues I had assuring me he will make sure all gets sorted out for me. A long story short Carl surely did live up to his promise, I have the car back now and all problems are sorted out. Now the morel of the story here is that when one buys a second hand car you always are not sure of all the problems you might buy with the car. And I believe the most important part of any business is the after sales customer service and Carl proved that Willow Crest is tops when it comes to that. Thanks Carl!
