Great Service from Lionel Swart - Salesman S4 Auto

I traded my Renault Megane in for a C200 CDi, used, 2011 model. From the very first day arriving at the dealership i received impeccable service from Lionel, I hope he still works there as I will gladly do a trade-in with him in future if the right car comes at the right price. I was not very happy on the trade-in value i received from Mohamed, but the price of the new car made up for it - I arrived there just in time during a vehicle sale they had.

Lionel allowed me to do as many checks and test drives as I needed to allow me to make the decision for a go or not. He also worked on remedying any issues i had, albeit just two, for on-time delivery.

Lionel, thank you again. It might be a while down the road, but I still appreciate your very excellent customer service.
