Fantastic service

I always order my pizzas from Col'cacchio - never anywhere else. I've NEVER had a problem with their food. However, about 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza for take away and I wasn't very happy with it. I immediately sent them an email, which was forwarded to both head office and the Willowbridge branch. To this day, I haven't had a call from head office, but one of the managers (Lionel) from Willowbridge phoned me on the day and the next, to follow up. He apologized for the bad pizza and immediately rectified the problem. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him - he was so friendly, helpful and an all-round nice guy - excellent customer service skills. Lionel is a fantastic manager and I hope he gets the acknowledgement he deserves.

PS. The subsequent pizzas I ordered were, as usual, mouth-wateringly delicious and made to perfection :)
