Cannot fix repairs and provide courteousy vehicle

Car went in for cambelt repair, branch found an oil leak, fixed it, but still leaked oil, tried twice to repair it after that an it still leaking. Now the third time it is leaking from the same spot.
This is under warranty, branch claims to have requested replacement of motor under warranty, head office apparently refused and said to replace the part/s. This DID NOT solve the problem on 2 occasions as evident. Their investigation is incorrect.
I have to now take the car in AGAIN, but they refuse to provide a courteousy vehicle. i work and get paid per hour, and that from 6am. They cannot assist and although failed to fix a problem on 3 occasions, expect me to lose more as they can only drop me off at 7.30. UNACCEPTABLE, if the problem was fixed the first time i wudnt have been writing this.
