My tata xenon is in for repairs for over a month

My tata xenon bakkkie is in for reapir to the cooling system as it started to leak engin coolant. Took it in and they said it eill be a warrenty claim, shoould be about 15 to 20 working days. And i was promised that they will keep me up te date on any progress on the vehicle. Its now been been malmost 30 working days and no update. if i caal for feedback i get, thats is if anybody answers the phone, is we will have to check and get back to you sir. I just had enough!!! i am going to start and execute my cunsumer rights now!!!
