When i took my car in this morning, i was attended to immediately, the service manager made sure that my car was taken into the workshop and the brakepads were replaced promptly, i am a wheelchair user, from the moment i got there, there was a guy to help me get out of the car, and another made me coffee while i waited, (its little things like that, that make you feel valuable a customer), the wait was not too long, they kept checking on me and keeping me updated the whole time. Im very impressed.

After the car was fixed they expalined to me what was done and answered all the questions and they helped me get into the car and load my wheelchair in. My experience today gave me a new definition to "going the extra mile"
