Thank you for going the extra mile for me today

I am so impressed with the level or service I was provided today. Thank you Thabo Phiri for going the extra mile. A delivery arrived at my parents home today and no one was there to sign for it. It was a gift for my sister from her soon to be husband. He lives in Kimberly and we are in Cape Town. He phoned me in a panic to say the delivery needs to be signed for and I immediately asked for the drivers number. The driver then made arrangements to drive all the way to my place of work to deliver the parcel and he did it with a smile and was so happy that he was able to assist me. Today I felt like the only customer in the world and I am so impressed with Thabo's spirit. The scooter service company along with Thabo really made us smile today.
Thank you to Joshua as well, clearly you are an outstanding manager. Thank you to all for going the extra mile for us today. AWESOME SERVICE!!!
