Overpromise and undelivery

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory service received by your company. My wife order a water pump from McCarthy LTD t/a multi franchise parow on monday 14th october 2013. I did payment via EFT at 13:00pm on the same day. I called them and was told that payment was received and goods takes a day to get there. Today wednesday 16th october 2013 at 12:00pm I stil havnt heard from mcCarthy and instead I called them. I'm now told that parts are still not there but will arive at 13:00pm but failed to fulfill his promise.
Its now 14:30pm, no update.

Not only has the order not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of McCarthy parow to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by McCarthy parow this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown.

I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that my order is delivered. I shall look ahead to your reply.
