BAD DEALERSHIP WITH BAD RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS

I bought a Discovery, and had R40k of damages in the first 150 km. Some of the damages was repaired on my motor guarantee, some was paid by the dealer. I wanted to cancel within the first 7 days, but the dealer refused. I have the car no for 6 months, still sitting with the same problems, nothing sorted. The suspension is broken, electronics messed up. The business is not part of the ombudsman, and therefore not open for taking real responsibility. I had to write ugly emails, threatening to advertise on the vehicle to get them to do something. I sit with a piece of rubbish today, it stand more than anything other, and they have no problem. DON"T BUY FROM AUTO NANTES, everywhere I speak to people stories are told about this garage.
So what does a customer do, the garage do not want to take back the vehicle, the bank claim I have 7 days, and the dealer obviously did not notified the bank in time, where does that leave me the consumer??? bad news
