DFF Motors sold my Fiat Punto on 21 September. On 30 Sept I called them because my bank was not settled yet. The debit order went of on 1 October. Mr Degenaar told me they forgot to send the documents to West Bank. UNBELIEVABLE. Since then, after various calls and numerous the money is still not paid and someone ais "owning" a car. Apparently he transferred the monies ot Absa and myself on Wednesday 9/10 but neither of us received the monies yet. I do not believe that West Bank has not paid them. I will definitely seek legal advice on 14/10
