Lemon of a car and useless accounts department

I bought an Audi from SMG BMW in July and have had issue after issue with it.

Between Audi and BMW someone better replace this piece of rubbish!

I have also tried for 2 months now to get the billing details changed but Michelle Govender in the Accounts department seems unable or unwilling. She is now just ignoring my attempts to contact her.
Also had the same issues with her when trying to buy the car in the first place.
