Shocking service from audi SA

Had some really bad sevice from Audi vereeniging.phoned audi sa a week ago to address the issue for me. Its a week past and 4 customer service agents later and not one attempt by them to phone me back or remotely try to address my issue.
Well, audi profess to be the be all and end all in customer service. Dont kid yourself, audi Sa service is worse than the dealership.
