Service guarantee

I took my car to Car Care Clinic service centre for major service that came with 10 000Km or 6 months guarantee. I drove the car for about 300Km and it knocked the engine. I towed the care to a safe place because the incident happened around 09h00 pm and I could not contact them because their line operates during office hours only. I phoned them to inform them about incident and they told me that is no longer their problem because the car has been towed to somebody else's workshop. I was desperate for any kind of help I could get because I was more worried about our safety.
