Tracker assistance

I woudl liek to tahnk Cindy for going the extra mile to help my client Mr Gavu. he took delivery of a new vehicle and took a tracker retrieve on the policy as well. Normally tracker only calls the client in a day or two's time to arrnage installation but she took the initiative to have them call him today to arrange the installation as soon as possible. the client is very happy about the extra assistance he received. thank you for delighting my client
