Still awaiting parts

I purchased a vehicle from Renault and was involved in an accident on the second of June 2013. my insurance covered for the damages made and so forth but the problem is that the parts were ordered since end of June and we are now in October and the parts have still not arrived!

Can someone please tell me whats going on...
