Damages to vehicle while in Integra Motor's care

I took my car to be sold on my behalf by Integra Motors on the 1st of August 2013. The car was inspected, no faults. After 2 months when they could not sell the car, I went to collect it. On arrival the back window was open, it didn't want to close or open anymore (electric window). The engine is making a noise that was not there when I took it, I've been told it is because the car has been standing so long. Also the ashtray in front of the car was open and wont close anymore. When I complained about this they informed me the cleaners opened the windows and it didn't want to close again. No explanation was given about the ashtray. They also refused to fix these problems and say it is not their responsibility. I find this inexcusable and unacceptable. Poor Service!
