Overbooked clients, leaving no space for my car!!!

I booked my car 2 weeks ago with Kessel Motors over the phone for a service for my vehicle. I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early where one of the mechanics came to my car and said they fully booked for the day, so I said to him that I made an appointment for 11am and he said that I can leave my car and they will only have it ready the next day late afternoon... which is terrible service..I know that I would definitely not recommend them to any of my friends and I am sending this complaint to all my data bases that I have in South Africa of the bad service I received.
