Moto-Lube
New clutch broken twice

Cars & Transport

My Chev spark was taken to Motolube in Fourways Crossing on Saturday 14 September to have the clutch and battery fixed. Two weeks and R9500.00 later I got the car back after a lot of excuses. All my belongings were out the car and the spare wheel was missing. On the 3rd of October (7 days after getting my car back) the clutch cable snapped and I had the car towed back to the branch, only to have it returned to me by the branch manager (peter) who said they had done the adjustments and all was ok. I once again felt nervous, but had to trust that the work had been done. Today (6th October) I was driving to the shops and the clutch cable snapped once again. I had to get my family to tow my vehicle home as motolube is closed on a sunday. What can I do besides take it back once again? I am tired of having to make arrangements to get to work etc as the work done on my car is not up to any standard, Motolube should not be accredited to do work, they should just shut their doors. I am fed up.
