Yet again - No service

I had an issue with my car after the service, which was last year November.
I eventually got assistance for months back from Ruan and he assured me my car will be fixed and looked at. It has been 4 months since and I have mailed weekly and monthly and there was always just another reason why no one can look at my car.
I have emailed Ruan 09/09/2013 and till date he has not even responded, I am now done begging for people to assist me, I want this matter resolved NOW!!!

My car purchase was the biggest mistake of my life.
