Didn't do full service

I took my car in for a service on 10 April 2013 my six month warrent is still in affect. I took my car into another mechanic a week ago where i was told my idle control valve is faulty (which i have been have have problems with my idle for over a year now) and it was supose to be checked with the major service as well as my spark plugs to be changed (and most likely other things i don't want to think about the wasn't checked). I phoned in about this and they said i must bring the car in and they will only check what they did anything else is my own problem. This is absolulty rubbish and bad service. i wouldn't recommand anyone going to them with this atitude.
