Paid Twice for Gas

On Sunday 29 Oct I gassed up R400 worth of petrol from BP Bramley. When I swiped my card to pay, the transaction went through on my account and I received a confirmation SmS from my bank (FNB). The attendant then says the speed point blacked out and that the cash hasn't come their side. He then called Hellen from inside the shop, she said I had to swipe again even thought I showed her the confirmation SmS from my bank. I swiped again, paying a further R400. Hellen said she would call her bank to cancel the first transaction and promised I will have it back by Tuesday latest. She took my details including my cheque card number. She called me on Monday 30 Oct asking if it has been reversed. I told her it hasn't. She called back later saying her bank cannot reverse the transaction because they cannot trace it. Only the 1 transaction appears on my account and yet I was billed twice!!! I still have proof of both transactions on my phone. THIS IS R400 I HAD NOT BUGETED FOR. PLEASE DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT, I WANT IT BACK.
