We used this company for move and last minute storage earlier this year, they advised insurance not necessary... irreplecable family goods anyway. Broken pictures, broken mirror frame, entire box of shattered crystal vases, missing box with 20 year old family Kenwood chef that we have jug for. Fixed 1 picture which they lost for a few weeks then found at a framers and handed me 2 pieces of mirror frame they found on floor of storage. Pity, used to be great and we try to support local business.
