No effort in work place

Went to Zipprint in Longbeach Mall and d them to print 500 A6 leaflets and have them cut for me. I paid them and went home. (I didn't bother checking as I have had this done before by them and everything was fine) took the leaflets out of the bag and some of them were bent, no elastic was put around the leaflets to keep them in one place. And the cutting of the leaflets were absoluetly shocking! I have never been so disappointed with such bad service from Postnet. The gentelmen who made the leaflets for me specifically put in crop marks so they have a guidline on cutting it all in a straight line. The fact that I had to take the leaflets somewhere else to have them re-cut is something I shouldn't be doing if the job was done properly the first time. As far as I am concerned I will not be using postnet for anything of any matter. And please can you also make sure that your staff know the prices of certain things cause the one guy kept "changing his mind" about how many leaflets it was per 500 and 1000 and when I asked him about the first price he originally gave me he "tried" to correct me by raising his voice at me in the shop. One very unhappy and disappointed customer.
