I called to confirm if the had stock

I called honda boksburg to confirm if the had part for me the sales person confirmed they had 6 left in stock i asked for them to put two one side my driver would pick them up, when my driver got there they said the system shows they have stock but in actual fact there is no stock. so the sales person is ether talking a load of bull dust or the system needs to be updated as i am paying for my driver and petrol to travel there for no use. i seriously think this is unacceptable what if this week i needed a big order and they say they have the stock and they are not able to supply.
