My car was sent to them to get repaired after a colision. They said it will take 3-5 working days, I only got my car back after 15working days. They didn't repair the car to satisfaction, there were extra dents in the car that weren't there before and they about things to buy some time to repair damages they caused.

They don't communicate with you to let you know what is happening with your vehicle. And after we had a fight with them about what happened, they said it wont happen again, nut that didn't last, a day after that they again.
