Hand brake

Renault South Africa big time My car is 8 days old and the hand brake lever cracked yesterday. Guest what Shady the customer service person just tells me to take it back to the dealer (i have moved from pretoria to Kemptonpark). What happened to the fact that the car is under warranty. She does not even care that i am writing this report or any other way of complaining. Renault SA just don't care about their clients. I have thought that if you buy a car you can take it to any dealership and they will help you but not Renault SA. You must take it all the way back to the dealer you bought the car from. So there Dealers is not responsible for keeping clients happy. They don't even listen to you properly. Just take it back to the dealer and it is the dealer problems. I thought that it is a franchise but nothing happens when you complain and try and get the car fix. Shady also said she don't care about this complaint for she will just respond and then it will be fine. Well it is not fine. Renault SA is the worlds worst franchise.
