On Wednesday, 23 Jan 2013 I tried to purchase a Casio G-Shock via [URL Removed] I aborted the sale due to a misunderstanding on my side regarding their delivery service. I needed the watch on 25 Jan and thought it would take longer. I decided to go buy one in Cape Town on the Friday.

Within 45 minutes of aborting the sale I received a call from the Casio Shop. They wanted to enquire about the reason for my decision to abort the sale. Please note, they weren't pushy - just attentive and sincere. I explained my dilemma and the lady assured me that if I placed the order she would ensure that the watch will be in Paarl on Friday, 25 Jan.

Needless to say - it was here - and I wish I could buy ten more watches just to thank them for superb service and great pricing! What a pleasure!

I missed the name of the lady who contacted me - the shock of great service got the better of me. For a great experience - use them!!
