Did not want to print

I visited your Postnet in Sundridge yesterday on the public holiday and it was a very unpleasant experience.

The guy that assisted me in the shop was very rude and arrogant advising me that the owner advised him that he is not allowed to assist with colour printing on weekends or public holidays as he needs to help other customers. This he only told me after grabbing my flashdisk and clicking away on coral draw showing how annoyed he was with my request. Every time I tried to explain to him what I wanted he walked away or didn't listen to me and this made me feel very uncomfortable as I am sure he does not even know what I want him to do.

When I asked him if my request was a problem and whether I should go somewhere else he said sure because he is the only one in the shop and Yolandi is not there. Yolandi at my previous experience with you guys have been very pleasant to deal with and I have seen how he passes the buck over to her as clients enter the store which results in him sitting in front of the pc and her running around to assist everyone.
