Shocking service on 3 occassions in gtwo weeks

Third parcel in two weeks where I have had to BEG DHL to process and get to me... NO ONE contacts me, the client...
I have, each time, had to contact overseas, get tracking number..chase DHL, who say sorry. we just haven't done it???
