Stuck at JHB international Mail Centre

My parcel posted on the 23/07/13 in Britain at registration number RJ776077627GB has been scanned and arrived in JHB on the 26th but its been almost 2 weeks now still showing that its in the process of delivery meanwhile I paid for a service of 5-7days with Royal mail in Britain
If they can give me or contact me on the reason why its stuck then at least I would know why because it was 0, 3kg way too less to be held by customs and there is a note my brother has to receive for his anniversary and now his anniversary is here still the mail is not there and I don't even know the SA tracking number since it changes when it enters South africa
can anyone tell me what is wrong with the mail to be delivered just around JHB
