I am a professional and don't complain easily nor go to extent of reporting a bad service to medium like this website. Lisabank do not know what they are doing or customer service, and if they continue treating customers badly i wonder how long they will survive. To summarise the service i have received when i bought the vehicle from them i can only say that they are "" - stay away from them or if you really have to buy a car from them take it for AA full test before making a decision. No wonder why Valentina was retrenched by Burchmores!!!
