No communication from branches

Cars & Transport

Dealer 1: Autobahn BMW. Gareth seemed reluctant about the car and kept trying to sell me another, when he realised I wanted that specific car it was all of a sudden "written off". Seems like car was only advertised to lure clients, typical bait-and-switch tactics. I can accept that but then NO COMMUNICATION after that.

Dealer 2: BMW Auto Glen, Tony seemed very helpful for the first hour and we had some issues with finance paperwork due to our company going through accounting system changes. We kept communicating with BMW and requested time until the Friday to sort out the paperwork. I even requested the OTP in the meantime which was never sent due to "system problems". I got tired of the financing hassles and went to my bank manager, within 5 minutes I had approval just to be told that the car had been sold.

A simple courtesy call is obviously too much to ask for.

Dealer 3: BMW Cedar Isle. Spoke to Marrick early on Saturday morning 08:15 about vehicle they have advertised. Marrick promised me a call-back within an hour, by 11:30 I had to call Marrick for a nice weekend brush-off.

Really frustrating. A little bit of communication goes a long way, would expect as much from BMW.
