My name is Mbali Mchunu and it is with great sadness that I have to send this in regards to the ill mannered way I got serviced at the Peugeot branch in Nelspruit. I had a problem with my car in that it would not start, and also made funny noises when I drove and because of this problem I was now not mobile in terms of work purpose. The car did not start they needed to put a throttle body, then they told me that they are also going to put an alternater, so total cost would be R9000. Now as a valued customer that has used peugeout services in the Durban branch i took my car to the peugeot branch in Nelspruit butI was made a hypocrite of. I paid the full amount (9000) on Monday so collected my car as per agreement, whilst driving the car I experienced the same problems that I had incurred before. Yes the car did start, but still it made the same noise, and kept on stopping. Tuesday I went back to report it, but was told to bring it Wednesday. On my way back home the car came to a complete stop, I called the branch to help. Wednesday i took a take to see the progress. The manager Wilon made a mockery of me. Called me after I left: "this is the lady that you dnt like". Im highly irrate.
