RE: BOOT NOT LOCKING/CLOSING

MY CAR WAS BOOKED FOR REPAIRS ON 12.09.2013 AS IT KEPT SIGNALLING BOOT OPEN, I WAS TOLD THEY'L CHECK WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS .I WAS TOLD THEY FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR AND SAID THE ALARM COULD BE THE PROBLEM, I WAS BILLED R385 WHICH I PAID.
I TOOK MY CAR TO ALARM CO ON 16.09.2013 ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE BOOT SWITCH WAS BROKEN, .I WENT BACK TO CASSEYS ASKED WHAT IS IT THAT THEIR TECHNICIANS CHECKED INSTEAD THEY BOOKED IT FOR 19.09.2013.
BEFORE LEAVING MY CAR YDAY I ASKED IF THEY HAD A SWITCH IN STORE AND THEY SAID YES. I WAS CALLED 7 HOURS LATER, THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE STIL WAITING FOR THE SWITCH TO BE DELIVERED AND THAT THEY WERE KEEPING MY CAR AT THE DEALERSHIP UNTIL NEXT WEEK.
CASSEYS BENONI WHO IS FOOLING WHO HERE? YOU SAID YOU HAD THE SWITCH WHEN I ASKED YOU ABOUT IT, YOU TOOK MY CAR IN KNOWING VERY WELL YOU DID NOT HAVE THE SWITCH.
I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CLIENT AS YOU SERVICED MY CAR 3 TIMES BEFORE.I AM DISAPPOINTED, INCONVENIENCED AND BETRAYED BY YOU.
I FETCHED MY CAR, BOOT STIL NOT CLOSING. I WILL NEVER GO TO CASSEYS BENONI.
WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALER TO HELP ME.THIS IS DAYLIGHT
