Bad service and bad attitude

I have taken my car to have the wheels balanced and to rotate the wheels. Firstly the young man called the technician by shouting out "Eddie". The manager then sat down and continues eating his Niknaks ignoring me. The technician had me pulled unto a lift, which clearly is not meant for tyre replacement, removed the front tyres. When I told him about the inserts on the rim he totally ignored me. The wheels were balanced but not to the standard - norm. When I asked why the manager said it is acceptable. I then indicated that they must then leave the rear wheels. The guy rudely gave me the price (which did not correspond with the price list on the wall) and placed the money in a drawer without giving me the invoice. I was then left to drive the car of a mechanics lift with no guidance. Clearly these guys is not interested in our business. Further to this i called the customer number on the Speedy website and get a response saying the number does not exist.
