Can we get a refund please

Over three weeks ago I went to your store and bought gloves, helmet, jacket and a scooter.

You did not have stock of jackets and you were supposed to order one.

The first time I phoned to ask where the jacket was, I was told it would arrive soon.

Today the story seems to get longer. Now we are waiting for imports?

Please refund so I can buy the jacket elsewhere.
