We recently purchased a demo A1 from the Hatfield dealership based on previous good service received. Much to our surprise, the vehicle has in less than 2 months been in for a engine fault without the technicians being able to successfully rectify the problem. Each time the light is reset, it simply recurs within a week or two. Attempts to have the car properly serviced seems to be falling on deaf ears. Much more so the difficulty in finding time to have the car booked in. Requests for a courtesy car in order to have the car properly dealt with has come to naught citing issues of unavailability and abuse from customers. This despite purposeful repeat service based on prior service.

This is absolutely not the level of service we expect from Audi, much less Audi Hatfield in terms of service (not to speak of the technical reliability expected of these cars).

Is it really that difficult to have a (virtually) brand new vehicle running in top condition???
