I am not happy!!

I took my disabled daughter and moved 1200km from Polokwane to Prieska. When we arrived, we were tired, my daughter was not well and the movers just put the boxes and furniture down. As I moved from a 4bedroom house with a lot of cupboards to a 3 bedroom house with no cupboards, I let them leave everything. It was after 4 on the friday when they left, we were hungry, tired and not feeling well. When I saw that the items in question was not in my house or outside, I called the lady of the company on the saturday, well within the time allotted to make a complaint, she said they are closing and she will call me back on monday, which never happened. I sent emails to different email adresses but never heard from them. A lot of things were and my insurance company refuses to help!!
