A Job gone bad, unsatisfied custome

Cars & Transport

I took my Toyota Land Cruiser in on the 5th of June 2013. Struggled to get a written he quote out of TC Conversions for the conversion of my Land Cruiser to fit a Lexus V8. They said it will be between R38 000, 00 and R42 000, 00 and it will take between 3 and 4 weeks to work on this Conversion. After 3 months now finally i get my Land Cruiser back. Firstly the Invoice made out to me was R53 266, 18 which they let me pay R53 000, 00 in total and said its the right amount i can get my Bakkie back. did not even drive 10km then the oil in the Automatic gearbox was overheating. The gearbox don't want to select 1st geat to pull away. Pull away in 4th gear. I handed them a list of defects that is visible like there are no 4X4 and lights don't work properly. i took the Land Cruiser back on 10/09/2013 after a 250km drive to rectify the problems. the said they need one day to rectify. Yesterday 16/09/2013 was there to collect after a week which they needed one day. Nothing has been done. this is the bakkie that i use for my everyday work. Has my own Pest Control Business. What can i do to sort out this mess. i loose work by the day and they don't care or try to rectify this matter. please assist
