Selling a Toyota Land Cruiser under false

Leaving the retailer and contacting him immediately that the Land Cruiser is not well. The gearbox is making one of a sound and the front diff sound likes its coming apart. I looked this man in the eye and without blink he sold me a piece of... after I said please dont. Then Pieter sends met to gearmax. Gearmax send them the quote and then reply its to much. The I ask Toyota to check for me the vin number and this Toyota is not even on their memory bank. I have send back the Land Cruiser. No one is getting back. I have wrote countless emails to MFC and nothing. Its been a month now and I am still without a truck. I dont want a bad name with bank but I am going to stop my debit order to get attention on this matter...
