Dragging feet to refund deposit

Worst service I have ever encountered. Took 9 days to take delivery because no-one at branch had the initiative to send the invoice to the finance house (I thought that was their job?). When finally they do it is incorrect as they excluded the deposit I had made. Promised to refund me immediately. Almost two weeks later - nothing, one excuse after the other. Even the head offices so called customer care can only provide excuses.
Sorry I ever bought a Hyundai -definitely will be the last.
It seems I may have to go the legal route to recover.
