Since they closed the deal they have shown no interest in my concerns. A car that had not passed the roadworthy test was delivered to us. Air- also not working and the dealership was aware of this, question is were they hoping that we do not pick up the faults? after reporting this to the so called manager empty promises are made with no feedback or follow up. It has just been a comedy of errors. FYI I have reported this to the industry ombudsman and am willing to take this as far as possible because you are playing with our lives. What if we got a car accident as a result of your shortcomings?? You must be proud of yourselves. Next call is to your DP, If he knows what service is I feel sorry for you.
We have been chasing you for two months to fix a simple air- and replace a shock! really, how difficult can that be??
