NEW CHEF SONIC

I Bought a chef sonic 22 August 2012 it stand in my garage until 21 October when it was my sons birthday.
and then it stand for a further month until he got his licence and December we were on holiday. So we actually used the car from January 2013 and it does not even have 15000 km on it. so we did not even used the car for 5 months We bought actually two cars cash from the dealer and I was expecting to buy quality!

It was taken back to the agent on the 18 of June 2013 because the car was not performing at all.

And now its already the 11th of September and still no progress. I do understand that there is a warranty on the car but really the cant find any stock for the part they need. Really as a customer its not my problem.
I want my vehicle fixed.

I Also reported this matter to the call centre ref 112 702 0916 two calls and nothing happened further.

I want this matter sorted out and I am also taking this case to the "Ombudsman" because somewhere
as a customer I need protection. as I did not use fake money to buy a brand new car. but I received a default car.

please sort out this problem
