I took my car in for a service on Wednesday, the 4th of September. After I had picked up my car and was driving home, I noticed that my phone headset had been 'removed' from my car. I called customer service and spoke to Jan. I was prepared for a fight, but suprisingly, he advised me that if he could not find my headset, he would replace it for me. He was not able to find it, so offered to personally go and buy the new one, or if I wanted to get one and send him the receipt, that would also work. I am so impressed with the way my problem was handled, and I would like to compliment Jan on being so professional, and knowing what customer service is all about.
