Bad treatment

I had a puncture this morning and the closest garage I could drive to was Sasol in Vickers Road. When I arrived, I asked a gentleman (Coloured petrol attendant) to assist me in changing a tyre. He told me thay are not allowed to help customers with that. He said the last time he assisted a lady change her tyre, "the Owner" reprimanded him and told him it's not their business. He said i could wait for the owner who will be in after 08am, (I checked my time and it was 07h40, I could not wait that long for help that might not come) I know they are not obligated but really??? I had to drive further down to the Engine garage next to the flower market/Fruit a& Vege Market and that is where i got assistance. I called and spoke to Claudia, who asked someone in the backgroungd and they confirmed that the "owner had complained thae last time but were not sure if that was the rule. I later called the manager, Italia, who told me it's not true if they are not busy but will speak to her father!
