Did not pick up my parcel as booked

I have booked a pick up on the net and received my confirmation that it was sucsessfull. When I phoned to find out if it was collected it was not. I phoned the call center and they just say they are sorry and they dont know why it was not collected. They can only book it again and then I will receive it on Wednesday only.
