My package is lying there from last week, went on friday to pick up package, pathetic service from person that answered intercom. Even worse is the supervisor i spoke to with a care free attitude to whether i want to deal with them or not, as long as she still gets paid month end its fine. RAM!!! you are not doing me a favour, we give you business!!!
