Bad Attitude and Intimidation, Get the Price right

On the 27th I took my car to Dent Dr Bloemfontein after CMC requested I get a quote from them, after the car was in their position one of their employees who was the one who gave me the quotation called me the following day and we had differences as he changed the initial agreement and was now suggesting I pay more. When I refused and told him its best I fetch my car as I was not willing to pay more than the quotation, upon arriving to collect my car I was welcomed by insults and threats from him and when I requested that he stops shouting, he replied by saying he will shout cause that's his property and even threatened to make false accusations to CMC cause I was taking the car and when I left the office he sent another employee to follow me outside to start taking photos and that person continued to harass me even further, my car was parked outside without shelter from the 27th to 28th cause my passenger electric window is now making a weird sound when I open and close it.
